What gets deleted
Your account & login credentials — email, password hash, and session tokens
Study progress — flashcard history, quiz scores, and course completion data
Personal preferences — selected university, level, and notification settings
Waitlist & contact records — your email from our waitlist database
What we may retain
Anonymised analytics — aggregate study pattern data with no link to your identity
Legal records — transaction or support records if legally required, for a limited period

How deletion works

Fill in your registered email and confirm your intent. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few hours.
We verify your request
We match your email to an active account and may send a verification link to confirm it's really you.
Data deleted within 30 days
All personal data linked to your account is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days of your request.
You receive a final confirmation
We send a final email confirming that deletion is complete. That's it — you're gone from our records.
